The chatbot does not consistently recognize when a Forced conversation continuation & improper closure handling — user intends to cannot properly end a conversation. Even after the user expresses closure cues such as "thank you" or indicates that their concern has been addressed, session, and the chatbot may continue the interaction or prompt further discussion. This results in forced conversation continuation and an unnatural user experience. The chatbot should be able fails to identify conversation-ending signals, provide an a clear or appropriate closing response, express gratitude when relevant, and allow the session to conclude gracefully. conversation closure even after completion.
