Description
The chatbot does not consistently recognize when a user intends to end a conversation. Even after the user expresses closure cues such as "thank you" or indicates that their concern has been addressed, the chatbot may continue the interaction or prompt further discussion. This results in forced conversation continuation and an unnatural user experience. The chatbot should be able to identify conversation-ending signals, provide an appropriate closing response, express gratitude when relevant, and allow the session to conclude gracefully.

- Subject changed from Forced conversation continuation & improper closure handling — user cannot properly end the session, and the chatbot fails to provide a clear or appropriate conversation closure even after completion. No gratitude-based closure — conversation does not end to Chatbot - Improper Conversation Closure and Session Termination Handling
