Description
During both "Assess Your Well-Being" and therapy sessions, the Relaxation metric starts at a relatively high value and gradually decreases over time, while the Stress and Anxiety metrics begin at lower values (around 2) and steadily increase. This trend appears counterintuitive to the expected outcome of the assessment and therapy experience. The calculation logic, baseline initialization, and visualization of these metrics should be reviewed to ensure they accurately represent user progress and wellbeing.
