UI Defect : Language Header Consistency

Description

In the sidebar, selecting Language changes the page heading to Settings when the screen opens. This can be confusing for users, as the selected menu item and page title do not match. Consider keeping the heading consistent with the selected menu option by displaying Language as the page title.
