openUI Defect : Results Trend Indicators

Description
In the Review Graphs and View Results sections, the trend arrows do not accurately represent changes in the corresponding metrics. For example, an increase in Stress may still display a downward green arrow , which can be misleading. Consider ensuring that trend indicators consistently and accurately reflect the direction of change and its impact on user well-being.
