When users introduce a new problem or concern, the chatbot behavior is inconsistent. In some cases, the conversation flow resets and focuses on the new issue, while in other cases the new input is ignored and the chatbot continues the previous context. This can lead to confusion and reduced conversational reliability. The context management and reset logic should be standardized to handle new user issues consistently.
