Description

After a therapeutic content is completed, the chatbot immediately proceeds to the next stage (such as Ancient Wisdom) without checking whether the user found the session helpful or how they are feeling afterward. This skips an important reflection and feedback step in the user journey. The chatbot should conduct a brief emotional check-in and gather user feedback before transitioning to the next conversational flow.
