Description

Currently, anyone with a valid Wellness Center Code can join a Wellness Center without any verification or approval process. Once connected, users may gain visibility into data and workflows associated with that Wellness Center, creating potential privacy and security concerns.

Suggested Solution:
Introduce a "Pending Approval" state for new users joining a Wellness Center. Access should only be granted after the Wellness Center Administrator reviews and approves the request, ensuring controlled onboarding and secure data sharing.
