Description

The application currently collects most user information during onboarding, which can make the account setup process feel lengthy. Users may benefit from a more gradual approach to profile completion.

Suggested Solution:
Introduce a profile completion indicator (e.g., 50%, 70%, 100%) to show onboarding progress. Additional profile information can be requested progressively based on user activity or feature usage, rather than collecting all details upfront. This can reduce onboarding friction, improve user experience, and encourage profile completion over time.
