Description

The current Create Account process requires users to complete an extensive, multi-screen form covering both essential and highly detailed personal inputs (e.g., wellness center details, demographics, behavioral patterns, lifestyle preferences, and medical history). This creates unnecessary friction at the most critical point of the user journey—first-time onboarding—where motivation is high but tolerance for effort is low.

The onboarding registration flow should be broken into a guided, paginated step-by-step experience with one question at a time and optional Skip buttons for non-mandatory fields
