In the Reminder feature, the system allows users to create multiple reminders for the same time. For example, setting a reminder for 1:00 PM and then adding another reminder at 1:00 PM results in duplicate entries being displayed in the reminder list. This creates redundancy and can confuse users managing their schedules.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open the application
2. Navigate to Reminder option
3. Set a reminder for 1:00 PM
4. Add another reminder for 1:00 PM again

The system should either prevent duplicate reminders for the same time slot or display a clear message indicating that a reminder for that time already exists.
