App Language Translation - Issue in Privacy Policy and Progress Report

Description
When Hindi is selected as the app language, the Privacy Policy and Progress Report sections continue to appear in English. The language translation is not being applied consistently across these screens, resulting in an incomplete localization experience for users.

Only the static content is localized on the app side. This content is not localized; it will be handled by the backend. This feature isn't implemented yet.
