Description:
The application crashes immediately when the user clicks on the voice over icon in the chatbot screen. This prevents users from accessing the voice over functionality and disrupts the chatbot interaction flow.

Steps to Reproduce:

Launch the application.

Navigate to the Chatbot screen.

Click on the Voice Over icon.
