This issue is faced in version 1.42
- Subject changed from After completing the baseline, a pop-up appears stating ‘Unable to end therapy. Something went wrong. Please try again.’ As a result, the therapy is not completed.” to Functional Defect: Therapy fails to complete after baseline assessment.
