While creating a new account, the email verification shows ‘Verification Failed’, and the verification link redirects to: https://sa.dev.icognative.info/confirmEmail?token=3b2ebb78-f1b2-459f-9f80-e73b45f6e2a4.

While creating a new account, the email verification shows ‘Verification Failed’, and the verification link redirects to: https://sa.dev.icognative.info/confirmEmail?token=3b2ebb78-f1b2-459f-9f80-e73b45f6e2a4.
And if we use those credentials for which verification failed, we are still able to log in successfully.
