Description: A different/new application version was shared one day before the scheduled demo. Receiving a version update so close to the demo date makes it difficult to perform complete testing, regression validation, and stability checks. This increases the risk of unresolved bugs, unexpected crashes, or incomplete feature validation during the demo. Expected Process: A stable and final build should be shared at least one week prior to the demo to allow sufficient time for: Functional testing Regression testing Performance validation Bug fixing and re-verification Actual Scenario: A new/different version was provided just one day before the demo, leaving insufficient time for proper testing. Impact: Increased risk during demo Potential instability or unverified issues Incomplete validation of critical features Severity: Medium (Process/Release Management Issue) Recommendation: Please provide a stable build at least one week before the demo to ensure proper testing and smooth execution.
