The Custom Therapy feature **New Requirement** - Currently, Readiness Score, Recovery Index, and “Assess Your Well-Being” section use HRV are shown without clear explanations. Adding descriptive labels, tooltips, or info icons would help users understand what each metric represents and how to interpret the same or visually identical icon. This creates confusion for users, as they cannot easily distinguish between two different functionalities, especially during quick navigation. values.
