Tapping Description: After clicking on the “Help” option currently redirects users Chatbot and selecting the “Therapy Recommendation” option, the system consistently recommends the same two therapies — “Dancing” therapy and “Om Matra Meditation” — for all test results. The recommendations do not vary based on different test outcomes. Steps to Reproduce: Launch the Privacy Policy page instead of a dedicated help or FAQ application. Navigate to the Chatbot section. This creates confusion, as users expect support-related information, troubleshooting guidance, Select the “Therapy Recommendation” option. Complete or FAQs when selecting Help, not legal or policy documentation. select different test results. Observe the recommended therapies.
