The ChatBot UI is represented only by an unclear. The icon in the corner of the screen without any label, heading, or descriptive text. As a result, users may does not immediately understand clearly indicate that the icon represents it is a chatbot feature, which reduces discoverability chatbot, and usability. there is no heading or label.
