In the When a user profile section, introduces a new concern during the field is labeled as “Select a Doctor.” However, users are not provided with a list of doctors chat and clearly expresses feeling sad, the bot neither activates nor highlights the “share feelings” option, and it also fails to select from. Instead, they are required properly process or respond to manually enter a Doctor Code. This mismatch between the label and actual functionality can cause confusion and incorrect user expectations. input.
