In the Doctor account, the Profile section displays a field labeled as “Doctor Code.” However, when navigating Emotional context abandonment & poor conversational understanding — bot ignores user’s original problems, re-asks questions already answered, and prematurely shifts to solutions (therapy) without properly understanding or stabilizing the Edit Profile screen, the same field is labeled as “Center Code.” This inconsistency creates confusion regarding the actual meaning of the field and reduces clarity in the user experience. user’s emotional state
