In the Doctor account, email addresses of other users/patients are visible within the interface. This exposes sensitive personal information that should not be accessible unless explicitly required for clinical workflow, and raises a potential user privacy concern. Deep dive refusal — bot cannot handle “talk more” or “go deeper” intent.
