The chatbot repeatedly recommends the same content categories and suggestions across multiple sessions, regardless of the user's previous interactions, preferences, or engagement history. Recommendations such as Kirtan & Mantras, Mindfulness Meditation, and Qawwali are frequently surfaced without sufficient personalization. This creates a repetitive user experience and reduces the perceived intelligence of the recommendation system. Content suggestions should be tailored based on user behavior, session history, interests, and previous content consumption.
