The chatbot frequently frames questions as a choice between two predefined options, which can restrict users from expressing their thoughts, feelings, or experiences more naturally.For Binary framing issue — forces limited choices instead of open-ended exploration. For example: "Ab, main aapse ek specific sawal puchhna chahunga — kya aapko lagta hai ki yeh sab kuch theek hone ke liye aapko kuch specific changes karni padengi, ya phir aapko bas support system ki zarurat hai?" The chatbot should encourage open-ended exploration and allow users to describe their situations without being constrained to limited response options. Conversation flow & state inconsistency — unpredictable session behavior.
