Strict Input Constraint (Yes/No Recognition Failure in Hinglish) The chatbot currently enforces strict rigid input validation by only accepting only the exact responses "Yes" “Yes” or "No." When interacting “No” in Hinglish, it exact form while chatting in Hinglish. It fails to recognize common equivalents Hinglish responses such as "ha," "haan," “ha” or "na." This creates a poor conversational experience and interrupts the natural flow of interaction. “na.”
