The chatbot often provides transactional or one-step responses without developing the conversation further. It rarely asks relevant follow-up questions, explores user concerns in depth, or builds upon previous responses Lack of conversational depth — fails to create build meaningful dialogue. Enhancing conversational flow and context-aware engagement would improve the overall user experience and interaction quality.
