The Input rigidity — chatbot currently relies on requires exact phrases and terminology specified phrasing mentioned in the reference document provided by Gyanendra Chaubey. It struggles to understand paraphrased questions, alternative wording, or natural language instead of understanding variations. The chatbot should be enhanced - have to recognize different ways of asking the same question and provide relevant responses without requiring users to use predefined phrasing. reframe.
