In the "Assess Your Well-Being" section, the Relaxation and Stress metrics often display values within a similar range. This can create confusion for users, as these parameters are expected to represent distinct states. The calculation logic, scale representation, or visual differentiation should be reviewed to ensure the metrics are clearly distinguishable and meaningful.
