Description:
When creating a custom therapy, if the custom therapy name matches an existing system therapy name, the completed session is incorrectly mapped to the system therapy in the Recently Played section.

Example:
If a custom therapy is created with the name "Anulom Vilom", after completion it is displayed as the existing system therapy "Anulom Vilom" instead of being identified as a custom therapy.

Expected Behavior:
Custom therapy sessions should remain associated with the custom therapy record, even if the name matches an existing system therapy.
