The application currently does not provide users with a dedicated preparation checklist before starting assessments or therapy sessions. As a result, users may begin sessions without understanding important requirements that can affect comfort, data quality, and overall session effectiveness.

A brief preparation section would help set clear expectations, especially for first-time users, and reduce avoidable setup issues.
