The Progress section currently displays weekly improvement metrics but does not clearly communicate monthly or overall progress. Additionally, when insufficient data is available, metrics such as Monthly Improvement or Overall Improvement may display 0%, which can be misleading and may be interpreted as no improvement. Instead of showing 0%, consider displaying messages such as "Insufficient data available" or "Complete more sessions to generate this metric" until enough data has been collected to calculate meaningful progress indicators. This is particularly important for Overall Improvement, where a value of 0% may not accurately reflect the user's actual progress.
