The Collections section contains overlapping categories, duplicate content, and frequency-based names (e.g., 111 Hz, 432 Hz) that may not be meaningful to most users. Consider organizing therapies around user goals such as Stress Relief, Sleep, Focus, and Relaxation, with frequencies shown as supporting information rather than primary categories.
