Description

The chatbot occasionally becomes unresponsive during a conversation without providing any notification, error message, or timeout indication. During these periods, the “typing” indicator continues to be displayed, leading users to believe that a response is actively being generated. This behavior can cause confusion and frustration. The system should accurately reflect response status and provide appropriate feedback when processing is delayed, interrupted, or has failed.
