Description
The app displays Readiness Score, Recovery Index, and HRV using color-coded scales, but does not provide any explanation of what these metrics represent or how users should interpret the values. It is unclear whether a score is good, poor, average, or how it compares to generally accepted ranges. As a result, users may struggle to understand the significance of their results.
In addition to displaying the values, provide simple interpretations that explain whether the result falls within a favorable, average, or less favorable range and what it may indicate about the user's current state. The explanations should be easy for a dumb user as well to understand and not rely solely on color coding.
