There is currently no Auto Stop option available before starting a therapy session. Users cannot set a timer to automatically end a session after a selected duration, which can be inconvenient for longer therapy videos. This is particularly important because users may need to repeatedly check the timer during a therapy session to ensure they do not exceed their intended duration. Constantly monitoring the timer can be distracting and may interrupt relaxation, focus, or engagement with the therapy content.
