The concept is both scientifically supported and rooted in ancient wellness practices — engaging in positive reflection, gratitude, or brief mindfulness activities can stimulate dopamine release and improve mood and focus. This type of practical, outcome-oriented feature would particularly appeal to Gen Z users, as it provides immediate value in a short amount of time rather than requiring long therapy sessions.
