Description:
In the "Create Account" section, the dropdown options such as Country (Desh), Religion (Dharma), and other fields are displayed in English even when the application language is set to Hindi.

Expected Behavior:
All dropdown labels and options should be displayed in Hindi when Hindi is selected as the application language.
